At Omega Dental & Cosmetics in Jordan Springs, your smile is our priority. The practice sits inside Jordan Springs Shopping Centre, which makes it easy to get to from Jordan Springs, Cranebrook, Werrington and the rest of Penrith — with free parking and no time limit on it.

How we practise
Nothing gets booked without a written plan and a full cost first. Where there's more than one reasonable way to treat something, you'll hear all of them — including the cheaper option and the option of leaving it alone and watching it for now. Every treatment page on this site sets out its own risks and alternatives for the same reason. Where a case would genuinely be better handled by a specialist, we say so and arrange the referral rather than stretching to cover it. None of that is unusual in principle. It's just less common in practice than it should be.
The thing we care most about
That you leave understanding what's going on in your mouth — not that you leave having agreed to something. A patient who knows why a tooth needs treating, what happens if it isn't treated, and what it will cost, makes a better decision than one who was talked into it. That's true whether the answer turns out to be a filling, a full arch of implants, or nothing at all this year.

Where exactly are you?
Shop T13, inside Jordan Springs Shopping Centre on Water Gum Drive. Parking is free and untimed, and there's step-free access from the car park to the door.
Are you taking new patients?
Yes. New patient appointments run for approximately an hour, which includes a full examination, the X-rays we need, and time to talk through what we find.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly for anything we do, including implants and sedation. If a case needs a specialist, we arrange that referral ourselves.
I haven't been to a dentist in years — is that a problem?
It's very common and it isn't something we'll lecture you about. Come in, we'll find out where things stand, and we'll stage a plan sensibly — urgent first, the rest in an order that suits you.
Do you see children?
Yes, at any age. We'd much rather a child's first visit was a friendly look around than an emergency.
Which health funds do you take?
All of them, through HICAPS. Your rebate is processed at the counter so you only pay the gap. What you get back depends on your level of cover and your annual limit.
