Your dentist stays the same from visit to visit, with the same assistant chairside and a familiar front desk team handling bookings, health fund claims and payment plans. For sedation appointments, a visiting sedationist administers and monitors your sedation while your dentist focuses on your treatment. We believe continuity matters. Knowing your history, preferences and concerns helps us provide more personal, comfortable care. Our team is small on purpose, so you see the same people each time — people who know you, not just your treatment plan.
Dr Michael Kozman, Principal Dentist
Michael owns and runs the practice, and carries out the full range of treatment here — everyday general dentistry, implants and full-arch work, cosmetic treatment and aligners. He holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a Fellowship with the California Implant Institute, with further training in implant rehabilitation and digital smile design, and has spent eight years working in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He is a general dentist rather than a registered specialist, and where a case would genuinely be better handled by a specialist he'll say so and arrange the referral. Registered with the Dental Board of Australia as a general dentist, AHPRA registration DEN0002135830.

Dr Fady Tawadrous, Principal Dentist
Dr Fady Tawadrous graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2015 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Since then, he has rapidly expanded his scope to provide more comprehensive care for his patients. He has completed the Brenner’s institute Masters of Implantology, a Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry and received accreditation to provide Invisalign for his patients.
Dr Fady is a caring dentist who is passionate about providing quality care to his patients in the most comfortable way possible. He believes in educating his patients and enabling them to take better control of their own dental health and allowing them to make well informed decisions about what they can do. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and looks forward to working with you to provide the best care possible for your own needs and circumstances.
Dr Fady continues to educate himself to continuously improve his quality of care after his clinical hours, but he also enjoys a multitude of activities outside of dentistry. He is quite the prolific oil painter, poet and writer. He is part of a singing group. He is a Sunday school teacher to high school boys, and his week also normally consists of some tennis and hiking. Registered with the Dental Board of Australia as a general dentist, AHPRA registration DEN0001991858.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I see the same dentist each time?
Yes. Michael sees his own patients through their treatment from start to finish. You won't be handed between dentists partway through a plan.
Is Dr Kozman a specialist?
No. He's a general dentist with additional training in implants and cosmetic treatment. Specialists complete several further years of registered training, and where a case calls for one we refer.
Who does the sedation?
A visiting sedationist attends for sedation appointments. They administer it and monitor you throughout while the dentist concentrates on the treatment.
Can I ask for a particular assistant?
Ask when you book and we'll do our best. If you've been nervous before and someone made it easier, that's worth telling us.
Who do I talk to about costs and health funds?
The front desk. They handle quotes, HICAPS claiming and payment plans, so you're not working that out in the chair.
Can I meet the team before booking treatment?
Yes. Ring or come in — a first visit can be a conversation and a look around rather than treatment, particularly if dentistry is difficult for you.
